Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Technical Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Designer at Romance Club, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual and interactive aspects of our stories. You will collaborate closely with writers, artists, and programmers to bring our romantic adventures to life through compelling design and innovative gameplay mechanics.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with writers and artists to conceptualize and implement visual assets and interactive elements that enhance the storytelling experience.
• Collaborate with composers to enhance the visual experience through the use of appropriate music and sound effects.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design documents to communicate ideas and concepts effectively.
• Implement and iterate on game mechanics, user interfaces, and interactive features to ensure optimal player engagement and enjoyment.
• Work closely with developers to integrate art assets and gameplay systems into our proprietary game engine.
• Conduct playtesting and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement and refinement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in interactive storytelling, game design, and user experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in game design, interactive storytelling, or a related field.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
• Strong understanding of user interface design, user experience principles, and interactive design fundamentals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Passion for games.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Interactive Media, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with Unity, Unreal Engine, or other game development platforms.
• Familiarity with 2D and 3D art pipelines and asset creation workflows.
