Technical Analyst

Orange Moldova is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Technical Analyst to work with our International Partners.

what you will be doing:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into functional specifications, requirements, and use cases
• Document business processes by capturing the current (As-Is) versions from stakeholders and advising on the optimal future (To-Be) versions within a software solution
• Capture and document any change requests that may arise during the development phase
• Elaborate and maintain project documentation such as Business Requirements Document (BRD), process documents, diagram flows, use cases, change requests, etc.
• Work closely with the development team, testers, project managers, software architects, and business developers throughout each phase of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

required skills:

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline
• 2+ years work experience in a it/technical or customer-focused position
• Practical experience in system analysis, requirements elicitation, processes definition and documentation
• Proven experience in process modeling, preferably with BPMN 2.0 and UML diagrams
• Understanding of REST APIs, API design best practices
• Good SQL knowledge
• Development knowledge and experience would be a plus
• Ability to analyze system interaction issues
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Work experience as a Business Analyst in Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
• Detail-oriented and analytics
