EBS Integrator is a based software development company that has been creating customized mobile and web business solutions since 2010. We design flexible and scalable product architecture while using the latest technology in mobile development and network infrastructure.
The Targetologist at EBS Integrator will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to support the company’s branding and lead generation efforts. The main focus will be on LinkedIn and Google Ads, potential clients and partners while META Ads (Facebook and Instagram) will be used occasionally for brand awareness and community engagement.
This role is crucial in helping EBS Integrator increase its visibility in the IT market, attract posible clients and generate leads for business development. The Targetologist will work closely with the Marketing Team to ensure that all campaigns align with the company’s strategic goals and deliver measurable results.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute targeted ad campaigns on LinkedIn and Google and META;
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI;
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximize results;
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum reach and lead generation while minimizing costs;
- Conduct in-depth research to identify and define target audience profiles, including demographics, professional interests, behavior patterns, and pain points. Use these insights to craft highly relevant and impactful campaigns;
- Stay updated on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads platform changes, as well as emerging trends and best practices;
- Collaborate with the company Marketing Team to develop engaging ad visuals and compelling copy;
- Provide clear and concise performance reports, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvements.
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, with proven success in running and optimizing B2B campaigns. Experience with META Ads (Facebook and Instagram) is a plus;
- Proficient in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads and META Ads Manager. Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager;
- Demonstrated ability to optimize campaigns for CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI. Experience in assessing the effectiveness of different ad formats, targeting methods, and messaging;
- Ability to analyze campaign data, draw insights, and make data driven decisions to improve performance. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting;
- Ability to write engaging ad copy and collaborate with content teams to create high-performing visuals and messages. Experience tailoring content to specific audiences and platforms;
- Certification in Google Ads or LinkedIn Marketing Solutions is preferred. Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is an advantage;
