System Analyst

We're looking for the System Analyst to join our team in Chisinau.

Working hours Monday-Friday from 09:00 till 18:00 (Moldova Time Zone)

Responsibilities:

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
Translate high-level business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements for developers, ensuring that all functional and non-functional requirements are captured.
Design solutions that meet business requirements while ensuring system scalability, performance, and security.
Analyze and refine existing business processes related to trucking, dispatch, and logistics, and propose system enhancements to improve efficiency.
Create and maintain technical documentation for systems, specifications, process flows, and integration points.
Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and mutual understanding of project goals and requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 3-5 years as a System Analyst or Business Analyst, with a strong focus on translating business requirements into technical solutions, preferably within the trucking or logistics industry.
Proficiency in system analysis tools, requirement modeling, and technical documentation.
Knowledge of APIs, databases, and integration techniques, especially with ELD, GPS, or logistics software.
Strong understanding of the trucking, dispatch, and logistics industries, including relevant regulations, best practices, and operational challenges.
Strong verbal and written English, Romanian and Russian communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into easily understood language for business stakeholders and vice versa.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
