What You'll Be Doing:

• Be the connection between our company and airlines - solving booking-related issues directly with them.
• Help our Customer Experience team deliver smooth and satisfying travel solutions to clients with special or complex requests.
• Investigate issues, find the right solutions, and coordinate with internal departments to make things right.
• Stay updated on airline policies and changes (yep, it’s always evolving!).
• Keep conversations clear, professional, and solution-focused.
• Document everything properly to ensure we’re always one step ahead.
• Grow your analytical thinking by collaborating with teammates and learning from real-world challenges.

What We’re Looking For:

• A go-getter who sees every challenge as a chance to grow.
• Excellent spoken and written English (C1 level).
• Someone who communicates clearly and confidently - even when explaining tricky things.
• Detail-oriented and self-driven - you know how to organize your time and hit your goals.
• You’re not afraid to ask questions, share ideas, or support your team.
• Familiar with Google tools and basic computer skills.
• Willing to work night shifts and weekends (hello, travel never sleeps!).
