Your mission
- Own the entire recruitment process, from reviewing applications, sourcing candidates, conducting screening calls and interviews, to closing offers with selected candidates
- Leverage diverse sourcing strategies (referrals, headhunting, networking) to attract high-quality candidates
- Ensure a seamless, engaging, and memorable experience for candidates at every stage of the hiring process
- Work closely with ISD’s customers, hiring managers, and, when necessary, external recruitment agencies or freelance recruiters to facilitate a transparent and efficient hiring process
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date talent pipeline using our internal ATS tool to ensure a smooth hiring workflow
- Align with and continuously enhance existing recruitment strategies & tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Build strong relationships with senior management to anticipate and plan for future recruitment needs
- Define, monitor, execute and analyze recruitment OKRs to continuously improve hiring performance and efficiency
- Generate insightful reports based on recruitment metrics to drive strategic decision-making
- Act as a key leader in employer branding projects, ensuring ISD’s culture and image are effectively represented in the market
- Drive strategic branding initiatives and execute operational projects, including social media campaigns, career fairs, in-house tech events, partnerships with local tech communities etc.
- Think outside the box by proactively exploring emerging recruitment methodologies, leveraging competitive intelligence to craft innovative hiring strategies, and continuously identifying opportunities for enhancement.
What we’re looking for
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in IT recruitment
- Candidate Sourcing & Networking: Expert in attracting and engaging both active and passive candidates.
- Strategic Talent Acquisition: Proven track record of developing and executing end-to-end recruitment processes aligned with business goals
- Stakeholder Management: Strong collaborator with internal and external partners
- Tech-Savviness: Skilled in managing and optimizing ATS and recruitment technologies to improve efficiency
- Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for engaging candidates and negotiating offers
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficient in defining, monitoring, and analyzing recruitment KPIs to derive actionable insights
- English: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Creativity & Project Management: Passionate about generating ideas to boost brand awareness and executing them into successful projects
