Senior QA Engineer for MarTech - Remote

About your key responsibilities and impact:

• Performing functional, and non-functional, regression testing;
• Improving the testing process within the team;
• Using and implementing new best practices in testing to ensure product quality and reliability;
• Maximizing test coverage, preparing and maintaining test documentation including test cases, checklists, and bug reports;
• Designing, writing and executing automated tests under the guidance of Automation QA;
• Analyzing the requirements and communicating with stakeholders for clarification;
• Сonducting bugs root cause analysis and propose preventive measures to improve product quality;
• Participating in bug triage meetings;
• Participating in testing processes during releases with other QA team members;
• Proactive daily collaboration and communication with the QA team, Developers, PM, Product Managers, stakeholders;
• Mentoring new Junior and Middle QA employees if needed.
• Essential professional experience:
• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, particularly in web testing;
• Proficiency in different testing types and methods, including functional, performance, and regression testing;
• Strong knowledge of REST API testing and tools such as Postman or similar;
• Good SQL knowledge for database testing;
• Automation testing experience, preferably using JavaScript, Cypress;
• Hands-on experience with test management and bug reporting tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail);
• Professional experience in creating and executing test cases;
• Spoken and written Ukrainian and English (Upper-Intermediate level or above).
