Senior Full-Stack developer (PHP/Vue.js)

  We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer proficient in Laravel and Vue.js to join our dynamic team. This role involves working on a large-scale custom CRM project tailored for agencies specializing in employee recruitment for corporate clients based in the UK.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a diverse international team of 10+ members, including project managers and developers with various technical backgrounds.
• Develop robust back-end components using PHP with Laravel framework.
• Design and implement efficient front-end components using Vue.js.
• Participate in Agile development process with 14-day sprints and basic Scrum ceremonies.
• Engage in regular stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, team members, and clients to ensure project goals are met.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with PHP and strong proficiency in Laravel framework.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies, particularly Vue.js.
• Familiarity with additional languages and technologies such as JavaScript, Python, C#, or Java is a plus.
• Enthusiasm and interest in AI and natural language processing technologies.
• Conversational to fluent English language skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven track record of delivering complex, high-quality software solutions.
• Experience working on CRM or similar large-scale projects is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to proactively address issues.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment with direct client interaction.
