We are looking for:
SAP MM/FIORI Business Analyst S4HANA
We are seeking a Business Analyst specializing in SAP S4 MM / FIORIto support our company's transformation and implementation projects. This role involves providing SAP expertise and assisting Product Owners in managing the product.
Main Responsibilities:
Must-Have:
- Analyze Business Requirements: Study and understand business contexts and processes, challenge existing practices, and propose effective solutions.
- Organize Workshops: Lead workshops with technical and functional stakeholders to refine and finalize requirements.
- Design SAP Functionalities: Oversee the design and configuration of SAP MM functionalities for the project, in collaboration with external partners.
- Liaise with Stakeholders: Act as a liaison between the business, Product Owner, and technical teams.
- Define User Stories: Write and define User Stories and their acceptance criteria; create necessary analysis documents for SAP changes and solutions.
- Develop Testing Strategy: Develop and execute test strategies for User Stories, and design, specify, test, and maintain interfaces (API, event, file, IDOC) for data exchanges.
- Coordinate Deliveries: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the timely delivery of user stories and manage product maintenance.
Must-Have:
- Experience with S/4 HANA & FIORI: At least 2 years of experience with S/4 HANA and FIORI, and a minimum of 3 years with the S/4 MM module.
- Agile Experience: At least 5 years as an SAP Agile Business Analyst.
- IDOC Interfaces: Experience with IDOC interfaces and Agile project management.
- Integration Knowledge: Strong knowledge of integration with non-SAP systems (APIs: APIGEE, BRUNO; files: CFT, etc.).
- Tools Proficiency: Skilled in using JIRA and Confluence.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and able to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Technical-Functional SAP Experience: Experience in technical-functional SAP roles (ABAP, FIORI, BADI, USER-EXIT, SMARTFORMS, SAPSCRIPT).
- SAP Integration Knowledge: Good knowledge of integration with SAP systems (CPI, BTP, etc.).
- Data Management Skills: Strong skills in data management.
- French Proficiency: Proficiency in French.
