Moldovan Association of ICT Companies promotes the development of the ICT sector in the Republic of Moldova through viable partnerships between the private companies, similar organizations, state institutions, and international organizations.
The most important project aims to establish and operate a fully functional and sustainable ICT Excellence Centre in Moldova. The activity will establish and manage a physical facility for the Centre, provide for appropriate equipment and staff, and organize trainings and services to students and IT sector workers related to information and communications technology (ICT).
Sales Specialist
Overview
Tekwill Academy Kids, in partnership with Tekwill in Every School, is launching Tekwill Junior, a 100% online program designed for high school students aged 16-19 who wish to develop essential and advanced IT skills. The program offers a range of courses, including beginner and intermediate classes in popular programming languages, graphic design, and other IT fields, ensuring students learn from highly regarded mentors and instructors.
The Sales Specialist will play a vital role in converting leads generated by the marketing team into enrolled students for the Tekwill Junior program. The responsibilities will include engaging with potential students and their parents, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the decision-making process to enroll in the appropriate courses.
Target Audience
- High School Students (16-17 years old): Young individuals interested in structured, professional IT skill development to explore potential careers or supplement their academic knowledge.
- Parents: Individuals seeking quality, flexible, and online IT courses to support their child’s educational and professional aspirations.
- Graduating Students (18-19 years old): Students looking to build expertise in IT to pursue higher education or develop career-oriented hobbies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Engage with leads generated by marketing campaigns through calls, emails, social media and follow-up meetings.
- Client Consultations: Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective students and parents to understand their goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Enrollment Guidance: Assist potential students in navigating the enrollment process, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to registration.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions to enhance program engagement and loyalty.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from prospects and enrolled students to inform program improvements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between lead generation and conversion strategies.
Objectives
- Convert leads into enrolled students by effectively communicating the value of the Tekwill Junior program.
- Ensure high enrollment and student satisfaction by providing expert guidance and support.
- Strengthen the Tekwill Junior brand by fostering positive relationships with students and parents.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achieve set enrollment targets within defined timeframes.
- Number of new partnerships established with educational institutions and sponsors.
- Conversion rate of leads to enrollments.
- Increase in program awareness and student inquiries.
- Customer satisfaction and feedback scores from students and parents.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the education or tech industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking abilities and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics.
- Knowledge of IT education trends and the needs of high school students is a plus.
Timeline
The Sales Specialist role is ongoing, with specific performance reviews every three months to assess progress, set new goals, and make necessary adjustments.
Compensation
Compensation will be based on experience and performance, including a base salary with commission incentives tied to enrollment growth and partnership success.
Reporting Structure
The Sales Specialist will report to the Program Director of Tekwill Junior and collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and Strategic Project Director.
