Hello! We are Tanya Myndrila and Lyuba Melnik, founders of the International Children's IT Academy impact A&C.

We have an exciting new opportunity – Sales Manager for our Franchise Division at impact A&C. You’ll be working closely with us every day, and we’ll personally guide you through everything you need to know.

We are gearing up to launch 200 franchise branches in 2025, so there’s plenty of exciting work ahead in a fast-growing company. This role involves working with high-value deals, offering a premium product with a strong brand and a proven business model.

Your Responsibilities:

• Selling franchise packages through Zoom presentations, calls, and occasional in-person meetings
• Managing and updating leads in our CRM system (statuses, comments, tasks)
• Working with high-ticket sales, building relationships with serious investors and business owners

What We’re Looking For

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Russian and Romanian (English is a plus)
• Ability to organize and structure tasks efficiently
• Experience or strong interest in high-value B2B sales
• Proactive, detail-oriented, precise, and punctual
