Sales Development Representative (SDR)

What you’ll be doing:
Inbound & Qualification:
- Contact people who have signed up or requested a demo of Salt Edge.
- Qualify them – understand what they need and how we can help.
- Give them a simple overview of our products and solutions.
- Schedule follow-up calls with sales reps when needed.
- Keep everything organized and up-to-date in the CRM, manage reporting on your activity.
Outbound Prospecting & Outreach:
- Research and find potential clients that match our target audience from various sources;
- Launch and manage outreach campaigns (by email, LinkedIn, and other tools).
- Engage with leads from events, webinars, and other marketing efforts.
- Nurture prospects over time by sharing helpful content and staying in touch.
- Use outreach tools (like LinkedIn, email platforms, CRMs) to manage communication and follow-ups.
- Book meetings and discovery calls with interested prospects.
What you need:
- Previous experience in sales ora strong interest in starting a sales career.
- Comfortable writing and speaking in English (advanced level).
- You’re good at researching companies and people using Google, LinkedIn, and similar tools.
- You don’t give up easily – you understand that “no” is part of the game.
- You’re organized and can manage your time well.
- You’re curious, eager to learn, and like to help people.
- Experience using CRM systems, outreach tools, or email/LinkedIn platforms is a big plus.
