Sales Analyst

Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Sales Operations, to work with our international partners.

As a Sales Operations, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our commercial operations. You will work closely with the Chief Business Development Officer and the wider Sales team to maintain high data quality in our CRM systems, generate insightful reports, and streamline internal processes. Your work will directly contribute to strategic decision-making and improved efficiency across our sales organization.

You will be responsible for optimizing internal workflows, managing pipeline data, improving sales process automation, and contributing to the overall sales strategy. By enabling our sales team with accurate data and streamlined tools, you’ll help drive both performance and customer satisfaction.

what you will be doing:

• Data Quality Management: Ensure accuracy and completeness of CRM records by collaborating with account managers and validating lead and deal information
• Sales Process Optimization: Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current sales workflows and recommend improvements to enhance productivity
• Sales Pipeline Management: Monitor and track sales leads, deals, and follow-ups to ensure pipeline integrity and timely action from sales reps
• Reporting & Insights: Prepare clear and actionable performance reports, enabling senior leadership to make data-informed business decisions
• Sales Strategy Support: Support the development and refinement of sales strategies based on trends, performance analysis, and market feedback
• Training & Enablement: Assist the Sales team by reducing administrative burdens through process automation and efficient tool usage

what we are looking for:

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
• 3–5 years of experience in sales operations or sales support, preferably in a tech or B2B environment
• Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot) and other sales technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset
• Experience preparing reports and presenting data using Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• A proactive and collaborative approach, with the confidence to challenge the status quo
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively
