KURTEX is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Safety Coordinator to ensure the safety and regulatory compliance of our fleet. This role is crucial for maintaining high standards of safety and helping the company stay ahead in the competitive logistics industry. The Safety Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies for drivers and equipment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Driver MVR Checks: Conduct thorough reviews of all drivers' Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Clearinghouse Compliance: Perform drug and alcohol Clearinghouse checks on drivers before the one-year anniversary of their hire date.
• Truck & Reefer Registration: Ensure that all trucks and reefers have the proper CARB (California Air Resources Board) cards and are up to date on their registration.
• Safety Audits, Training and Education, Accident Reporting, Compliance Management, Safety Inspections.

Qualifications required:

• Proficiency in  Russian, English (B2+)
• Experience in transportation safety, fleet management, or a related field required.
• Solid understanding of DOT regulations, FMCSA guidelines, and CARB compliance.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Working schedule is: 14:30-00:00.
