Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Revenue Operations Coordinator to work with our International Partners.

The Revenue Operations Coordinator will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by optimizing company’s marketing and sales processes and reporting and ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, operations and finance teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of revenue operations, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for using data to drive business decisions.

what you will be doing:

  • Process Optimization: Analyze and refine processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of sales, partnership and marketing organizations. Implement best practices and tools to streamline workflows and increase sales productivity
  • Data Management and Analysis: Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales data. Provide actionable insights to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions
  • Revenue Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate revenue forecasts. Collaborate with finance and sales teams to ensure alignment on targets and performance metrics
  • CRM Management: Manage and optimize the CRM system to ensure data integrity and usability. Provide training and support to the sales team to maximize CRM effectiveness
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, operations and finance teams to ensure alignment on goals, strategies, and key initiatives. Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments
  • Performance Metrics: Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and revenue. Develop dashboards and reports to provide visibility into performance and areas for improvement
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness in revenue operations

what we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales enablement, or related roles, preferably in the technology industry
  • Demonstrated experience in driving improvements across the funnel metrics and lead flow management
  • Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in Hubspot, as well as advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work
  • Self-starter with a proactive and results-driven approach to achieving objectives in a fast-paced environment
