Receptionist Fitness & SPA
Main responsibilities:
- Performs guest greeting to SPA and BEAUTY;
- Fulfills the arrival-departure procedures of guests and assists them from arrival to departure;
- Reviews all guest reservations and plans their stay in WELNESS SPA accordingly;
- Ensures that each guest is welcomed and served in a timely manner according to the standards;
- Handles all guest service issues in an immediate, gracious and professional manner;
- Maintains updated records of SPA bookings and payments.
