Provider Relations Coordinator

About the Role:

We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Provider Relations Coordinator to support MediDrive, a leading non-emergency medical transportation broker. In this role, you'll build relationships with US transportation providers, guide them through onboarding, and help grow MediDrive’s provider network.

What You’ll Do:

• Contact transportation providers via phone/email to introduce MediDrive and explain services
• Use CRM tools to track outreach and manage follow-ups
• Share agreements and guide providers through onboarding
• Handle provider questions and troubleshoot issues
• Keep provider documentation up to date and compliant
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve outreach strategies

What We’re Looking For:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or current enrollment in the 2nd or 3rd year of a degree program
• Experience in customer service or outreach preferred
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Creative problem-solving and adaptability
• Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy (Microsoft Office proficiency)
• Evening Schedule (16:00-01:00 ideal for students or those seeking non-traditional shifts)
