What do we expect from you?

• At least 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in finance, IT, or software development.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills to identify problems, propose effective solutions, and ensure accuracy.
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Basic understanding of software testing principles and proper issue documentation.

Your responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Manage resources and prioritize tasks to optimize team performance. Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and align objectives.
• Oversee the testing process and ensure the quality of project deliverables.
• Identify risks and propose solutions to mitigate them.
• Document project progress and provide regular updates to the management team.
