We are an IT company specializing in developing educational platforms for Forex trading. For over 9 years, we have been creating and supporting complex trading platforms for the Forex market. Our platforms prioritize performance, security, and scalability, utilizing both microservices and monolithic architectures for flexibility and reliability.

As a Project Manager, you will not only oversee development processes and coordinate the team but also actively participate in project tasks and client communication.

• Compensation ranging from €1,000 to €2,500, depending on your experience and qualifications.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate the work of developers and testers, assign tasks, monitor workloads, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Oversee ongoing production tasks, including implementing technical requirements and resolving bugs.
• Maintain and update project documentation in collaboration with developers and testers.
• Provide prompt responses to client inquiries in English.
• Engage with clients on technical issues, gather information, and translate requests into assignments for the team.
• Address unforeseen issues and risks in the project workflow, working closely with the team and lead developer.

Our ideal candidate:

• At least 3 years of project management experience in IT, FinTech, or EdTech, ideally with remote teams.
• Advantage: knowledge of Forex trading fundamentals or readiness to learn them quickly.
• Strong knowledge of IT and technical terminology, with experience using project management systems (Monday) and communication platforms (Slack, Microsoft Teams).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly in both spoken and written forms; strong leadership qualities; responsibility; flexibility; and initiative.
