We're looking for the Product Owner to join our team in Chisinau, to develop and execute a clear product vision and strategy for RouteOne’s ELD system and related products. This role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between business stakeholders, market demands, and the engineering team.

 

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in product management, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry, and will drive the development process from concept to release, ensuring alignment with business goals, user needs, and market trends.

• Develop a clear product vision and strategy for RouteOne’s ELD system and related products.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, IT, sales, and support teams, to gather and refine requirements, providing regular updates on product progress and managing expectations.
• Ensure the product meets high-quality standards and user needs, coordinating mobile applications and administrative portal development.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes relevant to ELD systems and fleet management.
• Use data-driven insights and customer feedback to refine the product, ensuring continuous improvements and innovation.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and user satisfaction.
• Develop, measure, and track product metrics to enhance product attractiveness for venture capital and optimize performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably within the transportation, logistics, or SaaS environment.
• Experience with ELD systems, GPS tracking, and related transportation technologies is highly desirable.
• Experience in VC-funded startups and a track record in data-driven product management and create user stories.
• Experience conducting user research and usability tests to validate product concepts.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies, capable of adapting them to project needs.
• Strong ability to manage product roadmaps, backlogs, and ensure efficient prioritization of tasks.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, UX/UI, QA, etc.).
• Familiarity with tools for developing technical documentation, product roadmaps, and project management.
