JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Systematisation, processing and accounting of payments
Accounts receivable management:

• ensuring timely invoicing to clients
• monitoring the payment deadlines from clients
• dealing with overdue debts
• preparing accounts receivable reports for management

Accounts payable management:

• monitoring the payment of supplier invoices within the specified deadlines
• preparation of payment orders
• interacting with suppliers regarding payments and resolving potential disputes
• maintaining reports on accounts payable

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• 1-3 years Accounting field, particularly regarding settlements with debtors and creditors
• Experience working with payment solutions or payments
• Proficient in Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, and basic data analysis)
• Experience with accounting software and financial systems (QuickBooks)
• Attention to detail: Accuracy in processing financial data and payments
• Problem-Oriented Thinking: Ability to identify and solve problems related to payments and financial transactions.
• Confidentiality: Maintaining confidentiality of financial information and maintaining ethical standards.
• Knowledge of English B2
