We're looking for an organized and proactive Office Assistant to support daily office operations. If you enjoy helping things run smoothly and working in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect role for you!
In this role you will:
- Handle emails, phone calls, and incoming mail;
- Welcome guests and manage with office visits;
- Coordinate with service providers (coffee machines, utilities, contractors);
- Book flights and hotels for business travel;
- Maintain office supplies, groceries, and water supply;
- Organize company events and activities;
- Check office facilities (lights, cameras, alarm systems);
- Manage branding materials and employee benefits reports;
- Support other administrative tasks as needed;
- Visa process management.
Requirements:
- English proficiency (minimum B2); Russian is a plus;
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented;
- Ability to work independently in a team;
- Flexible and adaptable to new tasks;
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
