Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain healthy work environment
• Maintain and develop internally used HR system
• Actively participate in hiring process and conduct all HR related tasks
• Create and support motivation system and employee benefits package
• Organize company events, trainings, ensure effective communication with employees
• Prepare and administer contracts with suppliers, power of attorneys and other company documentation
• Effectively lead the office supply purchases
• Make sure office is well managed

Requirements:

• Emotionally competent, responsive, active and positive minded
• High sense of responsibility, preciseness, ability to plan and set priorities
• University degree of Social Sciences or similar field would be an asset
• Excellent communication (written and oral) skills
• Good MS Office skills
• RO/RU/EN languages
• Self-organisation
• Energy and motivation
