Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing & Sales Director to lead our sales department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and scaling sales teams, developing strategic sales plans, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve company objectives and increase market share.
  • Build and Lead Sales Team: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. Foster a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.
  • Set and Monitor KPIs: Establish, track, and report on sales KPIs. Ensure that the team meets or exceeds sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Sales Operations: Oversee sales operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Implement processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales management, with a track record of building and leading successful sales teams. Experience in the home service or related industry is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
  • Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to set and achieve ambitious sales targets. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that align with company goals. Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
