Manager of Current Operations
We are a rapidly growing logistics company in the US market, providing high levels of service and efficiency. We strive for constant improvement and innovation. Due to the expansion of our company, we are looking for a professional who is ready to take on current operations and help us maintain high standards of performance.
Responsibilities:
- Managing current operations and tasks: Coordinating all processes in logistics operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Ensuring compliance with standards and regulations: Monitoring adherence to internal and external logistics standards.
- Interacting with drivers: Resolving issues, providing guidance, and offering support in challenging situations.
Requirements:
- Higher or secondary vocational education.
- Experience in a similar position is an advantage.
- Experience with electronic record-keeping systems, including e-Logbooks (preferred).
- Ability to work with data and perform analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with the team.
- Experience interacting with drivers, resolving issues, and providing consultation.
- Availability to work the evening shift (from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM).
- B2 level of English (required).
- Knowledge of Russian or Romanian (a plus).
