ABOUT US
Dynava is an international Swedish company that operates customer service centers in Sweden, Finland, Estonia, the Republic of Moldova, Senegal, and Cyprus.
We started our operations in Moldova in 2007, where our agents handle customer communications through various channels, including incoming phone calls, chat, and email.
Our clients speak Swedish, so the working language is always Swedish. Therefore, employment at Dynava begins with an intensive language course.

ABOUT THE COURSE:

• The Swedish course will start in August
• It will last 8 months and aim to reach a B2 level (CEFR).
• It’s a full-time course and will be very intensive.
• The course is free of charge, as well as all course material, books etc.
• During the language course you will receive a student allowance of 8000 MDL per month.
• Those who achieve the target level of Swedish will be offered company training and stable employment.

• Good knowledge of English (B2 level)
• Excellent speaking and listening skills
• Strong aptitude for language learning
• Service oriented and stress resistant
• Highly motivated, independent, and disciplined
