Lead Software Engineer

We are looking for a proactive and experienced individual with a strong background in software architecture, backend development and team leadership to join our team as a Lead Software Engineer.If you're passionate about building scalable systems, mentoring engineers and delivering high-quality products that make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment
• Oversee the technical direction of the project, ensuring high standards of code quality and timely delivery
• Act as the main point of contact for project progress, identifying and addressing roadblocks
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to engineers
• Improve development workflows, testing processes, and deployment practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and ensure alignment with business needs
• Support team members through mentorship, feedback, and performance guidance

Requirements:

• BS degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in software development Java or Python
• 1+ year of experience in a technical leadership role (Tech Lead, Team Lead, or similar)
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance)
• Hands-on experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)
• Familiarity with cloud-native services like Kubernetes and serverless architecture
• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
• Strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate development effort
