Lead Network Operation I IT
The mission of NOC Leaderis to ensure continuous availability and optimal performance of the IT infrastructure by effectively managing networks, servers, storage systems, and critical platforms. This involves monitoring and managing the technological infrastructure to prevent disruptions, resolving incidents promptly, and supporting internal teams and business operations with reliable and scalable technical solutions.
In this role you will have the following tasks:
- Network Monitoring and Management: Oversee network operations, ensuring high availability and minimal disruptions. Conduct proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of network devices and protocols;
- Server and SAN Infrastructure Maintenance: Administer servers and SAN storage systems, performing regular checks, updates, and backups. Ensure optimal performance, storage utilization, and data security across all storage systems;
- Operating System Administration: Manage UNIX and Windows environments, handling updates, patches, and security configurations to maintain stability and reliability.
- Active Directory (AD) and Exchange Management: Oversee AD and Exchange platforms, including user account management, email server health, and access control, while ensuring compliance with security policies;
- File Server Administration: Manage and maintain File Servers to support secure, efficient, and accessible data storage solutions;
- Call Center Platform Support: Provide technical support and management for Call Center platforms to ensure uninterrupted service and quality for customer-facing operations;
- Incident and Problem Resolution: Promptly respond to alerts, investigate incidents, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Skills and abilities that make you suitable for this position:
- Technical Expertise: Strong background in managing networks, servers, and storage systems, with hands-on experience in UNIX and Windows OS administration;
- Platform Knowledge: Experience in managing Active Directory, Exchange, and File Servers, as well knowledge of Call Center platforms and related applications;
- Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues quickly;
- Communication and Teamwork: Ability to communicate technical information effectively with both technical and non-technical teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE), or Linux (RHCE) are a plus;
- Experience in banking or financial services IT infrastructure is highly advantageous.
