Lead Generator

Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Lead Generator to work with our International Partners.

As a Lead Generator, you’ll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in international markets.

what you will be doing:

• Conducting prospecting and outreach activities to identify and engage potential clients based on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
• Participating in calls, meetings, and presentations to showcase our offerings.
• Overseeing the entire sales cycle from initial lead generation to the successful closing of deals, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
• Researching and implementing new lead-generation tactics to continually improve our outreach and sales strategies.

what we are looking for:

• University Degree
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or lead generation, preferably in the IT field.
• Excellent written, reading, comprehension and verbal, business communication skills in English and Romanian languages 
• Experience with email marketing and LinkedIn outreach.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
• Self-motivated and able to succeed in a results-driven environment
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
