Junior Ruby Developer

We are seeking a motivated and fast-learning Junior Ruby/Software Developer to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring our B2B clients receive high-quality technical support for our developed products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of Salt Edge’s supported products and services.
• Actively participate in all phases of the product development lifecycle, including Continuous integration, test development, and code refactoring;
• Collaborate closely with the 1st line product support team to resolve technical issues efficiently;
• Work alongside fellow developers within the team and across the product department to deliver quality solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Either 1 year of programming experience or a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or a relevant field);
• Solid understanding of programming fundamentals, including Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Linux & Bash, Git, Basic HTML & CSS;
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills;
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and dive into technical project details;
• Responsible and capable of working both independently and as part of a team;
• English: Limited working proficiency;
• Knowledge of Ruby is not mandatory but is considered a significant advantage.
