Junior Lawyer
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in the development and review of company policies
- Provide comprehensive legal support across various departments and divisions
- Draft and file complaints as needed
- Prepare and submit legal documents for lawsuits
- Represent the company in court hearings
- Manage and oversee enforcement procedures
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A degree in law or a related legal field
- Proficiency in both Romanian and English
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- A valid Category B driving license with the ability to travel to courts in different regions
- Previous work experience in a similar role is an advantage
