In this role you will:

• Update and maintain driver employment records in company systems.
• Prepare daily reports on driver and truck activity.
• Check and ensure tachograph data is downloaded correctly for drivers and trucks.
• Schedule and adjust driver assignments in company systems.
• Identify and resolve tachograph data issues to ensure compliance.
• Register new drivers in fleet management systems and update their status.

Requirements:

• University degree preferred (Economics is a plus), but students are welcome!
• Good numerical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good English, additional languages are a plus.
• Deadline-Driven & Organized: Able to manage tasks efficiently.
• Works well with others but takes initiative when needed.
