HR-Consulting (www.search4staff.com) on behalf of its client, is looking for a highly professional candidate to fulfill the position of:

System Administrator

We're looking for an experienced System Administratorfor our international client. You’ll manage IT infrastructure, ensuring performance, security, and troubleshooting. This includes hardware/software updates, server management, and technical support. Strong IT skills, problem-solving, and teamwork are key. We need a proactive, reliable communicator with critical thinking and confidence.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training;
  • 3-5 years of database, network administration, or system administration experience.
  • Experience with scripting and automation tools;
  • Strong Linux and it’s file systems knowledge, especially CLI (TUI) interfaces
  • Advanced understanding of Plesk panel;
  • Strong RAID array skills (both software and hardware);
  • AWS knowledge will be a huge advantage;
  • Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols, including Apache, nginx, named, etc.
  • Strong understanding of efficient internal IT support helpdesk operations, best practices, including strong knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols;
  • Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols;
  • Sufficient operational fluency in English.
Responsibilities:
  • Office and User IT Support;
  • Plan, procure, maintain, and administer computers and office equipment;
  • Install, maintain and administer software, including updates and upkeep;
  • Install, configure, and maintain servers (physical or virtual) based on organizational requirements;
  • Administer network, systems, peripherals and any equipment required for efficient office operations and project delivery;
  • Manage internal data (data migration, retention, backup);
  • Maintain company website;
  • Administer user permissions, rights, passwords;
  • Serve as administrator for various corporate software systems and licenses;
  • Suggest and implement improvements in system usage policies and procedures and equipment;
  • Maintain/check security policies and documentation;
  • R&D an updated plan for both servers and workstations.
  • Coordinate regular IT assets inventory;
  • Assist with new staff onboarding;
  • Consult and guide company staff on IT policies, systems, hardware and software;
  • Identify IT related issues, resolve ad-hoc issues and urgent requests;
Project Deployment support (around 20-25% of total scope).Within this role responsibility you will work with cross-discipline teams of artists, designers, modellers, and animators, as well as creative project and account managers, to implement out-of-the-box creative solutions that often involve certain challenges related to cutting edge technologies.
  • Track and manage hardware and software deployments of all realtime immersive experiences and products.
  • Analyze project and installation requirements.
  • Determine the type of hardware required (servers, networking, PC's, peripheral equipment etc.) based on project requirements.
  • Analyze data traffic, processing power, storage, and memory requirements to ensure the hardware can handle projected workloads.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for the setup, including configuration steps, hardware layouts, software installations, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Work with production and Dev Teams, PM and QA to set up and verify test setups to proactively ensure successful deployments.
  • Capture and analyze incidents, review and adjustments, to ensure the setup meets all project requirements and is fully operational.
  • Coordinate venue IT support, installation, debug, realtime (when physical presence is necessary).
