JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for IT projects. 
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams of developers, engineers, business analysts, and other project members to deliver results. 
• Foster collaboration and maintain a positive team culture.
• Identify project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies. 
• Manage project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and expenses are kept within approved limits. 
• Ensure that all deliverables meet the quality standards defined by the business and the IT department. 
• Work with QA teams to conduct tests and validate project outputs.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and methodologies. 
• Implement best practices for project delivery and IT governance.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• 3+ years of experience in IT project management or related roles (ideally in a technology-driven or software development environment)
• Familiarity with project management software and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Jira)
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams and liaise with senior executives and stakeholders.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering IT projects from initiation to completion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to assess complex project issues, identify solutions, and drive projects to successful outcomes.
