We are hiring an HR Specialist/Recruiting Associate to join our team. You will play a crucial role in attracting, assessing, and selecting exceptional candidates to join our company.

Skills:

• Advanced English level, both verbal and written;
• Experience is not mandatory, we provide training;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills;
• Confident PC User;
• Availability working Monday to Friday 15:00-00:00 (trial period), after available flexible schedule.  

As a HR Specialist, you will:

• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
• Maintain and update personnel records and databases accurately and confidentially.
• Partner with managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
