HR Manager
We are looking for a responsive and organized HR manager to join our team. If you want to work in a dynamic and supportive atmosphere, actively participate in administrative processes, and be part of a successful company, we are waiting for you!
Responsibilities:
- Active search for candidates through various channels (job search platforms, social media, personal recommendations, participation in job fairs).
- Creating and posting job vacancies on various resources.
- Conducting initial interviews (via phone, video call, or in person).
- Coordinating interviews.
- Organizing and conducting onboarding.
- Maintaining a candidate database.
- Organize the office activities and ensure its smooth operation.
- Assist in preparing and coordinating the onboarding processes for new employees.
- Manage document flow and archiving.
- Search for and negotiate with suppliers of office services and products: stationery, equipment rental, cleaning services, etc.
- Assist in organizing corporate events and team-building activities.
- Create and maintain databases of employees, suppliers, contracts, and other documentation.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position (preferred).
- Proficient in office software.
- Knowledge of Russian, Romanian, and English.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Responsibility, attention to detail, organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
