GDS Ticketing Agent - Night Shift - 1500 $

Five Star Airways Inc. is looking for Ticketing agents passionate about the travel industry, with outstanding communication skills and a growth mindset!

Your future job duties:

• Issuing tickets online and in the GDS systems, through contacting the airlines, partners and any other involved parties
• Collecting payment from customers for airline tickets, including cash, credit card transactions, checks, or money orders
• Issuing tickets in the GDS system or online, depending on the request
• Processing any requests from Sales Department regarding the airline reservations
• Checking for the best option to issue the ticket

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Customer Support representative
• Experience in working with multiple GDS systems
• Advance English will be an advantage
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally;
• Great analytical thinking
• Attentiveness;
• Passion for making our customers personally and professionally successful;
• Bring value to a team by developing new ideas to improve processes;
• Solid work ethic.
