Join Our Team as a Flatbed Dispatcher!

Your Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage multiple drivers and resolve issues as they arise
- Act as the communication point between brokers and truck drivers
- Handle customer calls, resolve queries, and address complaints
- Work with transport management systems and dispatch software
- Set expectations, gather information, and collaborate with other teams to meet goals
What We Expect:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Basic computer skills; experience with dispatch and trucking software is a plus
- Strong customer service skills, including planning and order management
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work day shifts and occasional middle shifts as needed
- Team-building mindset with a drive to succeed
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 15:00 to 00:00
