We started our operations in Moldova in 2007 where our Customer Service Agents handle customer communications using different channels including incoming phone calls, chat, email etc

Finnish speaking Customer Service Agent

Do you speak Finnish? Is customer service your passion? Great, we have an opportunity for you!

At Dynava, we are looking for new Customer Service Agents to handle various customer service tasks. In this role, you'll manage different customer service situations primarily over the phone, but sometimes also via email and chat. You'll respond to customers' diverse questions and find the most suitable solutions for various situations or problems. The work is demanding but also gives you the opportunity to consistently create excellent customer experiences. In this position, you have the option to work 100% remotely within Moldova or from our office in the center of Chisinau.

What do we expect from you?
The most important qualities in a Customer Service Agent are a service-oriented mindset, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn new things. You'll have an even better start if you're comfortable using a computer, enjoy working independently, and aren't afraid to ask for help. You’ll gain industry experience and customer service skills with us, so prior experience in similar customer service roles is not necessarily required. Language-wise, we require fluency in Finnish and basic proficiency in English. Knowledge of Swedish is also a definite advantage!
