Facility Coordinator
Boekestijn Transport Service was started in 1994 in Mill, Netherlands. In those days there were three Boekestijn trucks on the road. By always sticking to our motto that we drive for you and that your wishes are the most important guidelines for the transport, the company has grown into a transport company of international standing in Europe and beyond, having now about 2000 trucks on the roads.
Boekestijn Transport Service trucks have traveled just about everywhere; from the Ural Mountains to the Strait of Gibraltar and from Turkey to Finland. Whether it is the transportation of a Formula 1 car to the racing circuit in Monza or the Dutch National football team’s footballs that are needed in Belarus.

As an Facility Coordinator, you will be responsible for smooth office operations, keeping the facility in good condition, and handling essential administrative tasks.
In this role you will:
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls;
- Manage invoices, archive documents, and process parcels;
- Welcome guests and coordinate office visits;
- Work with service providers (e.g., coffee machines, utilities, contractors);
- Arrange business travel (flights, hotels) and order office supplies;
- Maintain office supplies, groceries, and water supply;
- Organize corporate events and company activities;
- Ensure office decoration and general maintenance;
- Perform facility checks (lights, cameras, alarm systems);
- Manage branding materials and employee benefits reports;
- Issue and track company keys and cards;
- Monitor utility costs and ensure accurate calculations;
- Support other administrative tasks as needed;
- Visa process management.
Requirements:
- English proficiency (minimum B2); Russian is a plus;
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented;
- Ability to work independently in a team;
- Flexibility to handle various tasks and adapt to changing needs;
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
