We're hiring an experienced Dispatcher with proficiency in reefers and dry vans to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with the drivers (only company drivers) by providing clear instructions, updates, and support, in order to maintain proffesional relationships;
• Monitor and manage drivers' schedules, ensuring the compliance with regulations and maximizing their productivity;
• Collaborate with the customers, carriers, and internal teams, in order to ensure smooth logistics operations and maintain strong relationships;
• Utilize transportation management systems and software to track shipments, update information, and generate accurate reports;
• Proactively identify and solve potential disruptions, in order to minimize the impact on delivery schedules;
• Stay updated on industry regulations, best practices, and market trends related to reefers and dry vans.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Dispatcher, specifically with reefers and dry vans is essential;
• Strong knowledge of transportation regulations, safety standards, and best practices;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective cooperation with the drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders;
• Proficiency in transportation management systems and related software;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to handle multiple tasks, and to adapt and be flexible with the changing priorities;
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and quick decision-making abilities, which would ensure smooth operations.
