Role and Job Description: As a Broker at K1 Transfreight, your role will be to act as an intermediary between clients and carriers, facilitating the transportation of goods. Your mission will involve identifying efficient transport solutions, negotiating competitive rates, managing documentation, and monitoring the delivery process. Additionally, you'll aim to generate profit by maximizing revenue through efficient service provision and negotiating advantageous rates.

What we want:

• Previous experience in a similar brokerage role in the trucking or transportation industry.
• Experience in cold calling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick and effective decisions.
• Solid knowledge in using vehicle tracking systems and industry-specific software.
• Understanding of regulations and standards related to transport and road safety.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

What will you do:

• Finding new clients.
• Searching and managing loads.
• Maintaining clear and effective written communication with clients.
• Verifying client status.
• Collecting and managing driver data.
• Verifying cargo insurance.
• Regular communication with dispatchers and drivers.
• Calculating and entering delivery time.
• Receiving and managing documents.
