DevEx Product Lead

Orange Systems is the IT hub of Orange Moldova. An IT park resident, with over 850 employees, that delivers advanced IT solutions, enhancing a wide range of activities and full cycle development, impacting millions of customers across Europe.

We are looking for a skilled DevEx Product Lead to support our DevEx team in a major digital channel transformation. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving product development and transformation by owning and prioritizing key initiatives, managing backlogs, and ensuring clear communication across technical and non-technical teams.

what you will be doing:

• Own and manage the DevEx product backlog, ensuring key transformation deliverables are prioritized and executed efficiently.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document clear, actionable requirements.
• Drive the successful integration of A/B testing solutions, data layer requirements, and CMS solutions into the DevEx roadmap.
• Build and maintain effective communication channels between DevEx and various stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals and timelines.
• Guide Agile teams through development processes, ensuring smooth execution of product strategies.
• Provide recommendations on team setup, structure, and processes to ensure optimal success.

what we are looking for:

• Proven experience in product ownership within large technology transformations.
• Strong understanding of software development, especially front-end technologies like React, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Knowledge of DevOps processes and tools.
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and managing backlogs in fast-paced environments.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, ensuring clear and actionable outcomes.
• Telco experience is a bonus.

• A clear, prioritized backlog that aligns with DevEx transformation objectives.
• Effective and simple communication between DevEx and stakeholders.
• A documented, actionable plan addressing A/B testing solutions, data layer requirements, and CMS integration.
