Customer Experience Platform Administrator

Orange Systems is the IT hub of Orange Moldova. An IT park resident, with over 800 employees, that delivers advanced IT solutions, enhancing a wide range of activities and full cycle development, impacting millions of customers across Europe.

Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Customer Experience Platform Administrator to work with our International Partners.

what you will be doing:

  • User Management: Oversee the creation, modification, and maintenance of user accounts within the system, ensuring proper access levels and permissions are assigned. This involves configuring user roles, permissions, and access rights to align with organizational needs and security protocols
  • Survey Program Management: Create, modify, and manage survey programs within the Medallia platform. This includes configuring various modules such as surveys, survey emails, survey logic, design, setup, distribution, sampling, and quarantine rules to meet the requirements of different feedback initiatives
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of survey programs by conducting thorough quality assurance checks. Validate survey configurations, logic, and distribution settings to guarantee the delivery of accurate and actionable feedback data
  • Documentation and Training: Document standard operating procedures and best practices for survey program management and user management tasks. Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on Medallia functionalities and processes

what we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience working with Customer Experience Platforms like Medallia or Qualtrics
  • Previous experience as Application Admin is preferred
  • Good marketing skills
  • IT savvy
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong understanding of survey program management principles and practices
  • Familiarity with user management concepts and experience in managing user accounts within complex organizational hierarchies
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
