Commercial Development Specialist (Coffee category), Chisinau

Our client, a worldwide leader in Food and Beverage industry, successfully working and developing in Moldova, is announcing an opening of the position:

COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST (COFFEE CATEGORY), CHISINAU

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To lead, develop and implement Coffee category Strategy to increase sales revenues in accordance with Market Strategy of Moldova
  • Develop and execute commercial tactics based on global strategies in order to drive the category growth;
  • Implements Category Channel plans in line with agreed Channel prioritization (core vs accelerator channels);
  • Will drive the alignment of executable brand, channel, customer & field sales plans (Channel & Customer MBS, ICP, MBP, pre-post evaluation) that deliver on business targets, proactively managing gaps between objectives and actuals at a category level;
  • Development of promo plan, managing price/pack architecture, drive implementation and analyze results with ROI mindset;
  • Drive the in-store implementation of the category plans;
  • Annual customer development planning together with a team of key customers to increase growth across the Coffee category.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Higher education (Business Management, Marketing or Economic specialties are preferred);
  • 5 years experience (FMCG sector will be a benefit) in marketing, sales or trade function;
  • Successful experience in the development and implementation of commercial activities of the brand;
  • Good knowledge and understanding of shopper behavior;
  • Understanding of P&L;
  • Strong change management and problem-solving skills;
  • Fluent English and Romanian (free) in writing and orally;
  • Experience of project management;
  • Excellent agility and learning skills.
