Car Hauling Dispatcher

At the moment we are looking for a responsible Car Hauling Dispatcher to support a growing fleet of car hauling units. As a car hauling dispatcher, you shall accompany drivers throughout their shifts and address any routing issues they might have. Also, you will answer calls from drivers and relay any emergencies they have to the appropriate channels.

This position can be performed partially remotely. If you are motivated, friendly and cooperative, and have abilities to dispatch freight, join our team!

• 1,5 % From the Generated Gross
• Start 5+ trucks

Requirements:

• Find loads for available units;
• Ability to prepare paperwork as needed and to submit invoice/BOL to broker;
• Reach drivers and brokers to ensure vehicles are delivered safely and on time;
• Knowledge how to monitor road condition and accident cases in order to revise routes as needed;
• High-intermediate English level;
• Car hauling dispatch experience;
• Be communicative, polite and have negotiation skills;
• Well organized with planning skills.

• Full time position (2:45 pm - midnight MD time, Mon - Fri);
