We are IG Team, a growing team based in Chisinau, specializing in high-quality dispatch and logistics services for the USA market.

We are with IGT Logistics, an American freight brokerage, specializing in over-the-road trucking, as well as international shipping.

Currently, we are seeking an enthusiastic person who is interested in growing with an American company in the role of Assistant Manager.

As an Assistant Manager, you will:

• Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records;
• Managing internal and external requests on behalf of the Operations Manager;
• Reporting to the Operations Manager assist with administrative and accounting duties.

What we are looking for:

• Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
• Excellent written and verbal English;
• Strong planning and organizational skills;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Detail-oriented and multitasking abilities;
• Able to work from the office Monday-Friday 15:00-24:00.
