Android Developer

We're looking for a talented Android Developer to become part of our team and contribute to our varied collection of applications.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and following MVVM architecture;
• Create responsive and intuitive user interfaces for our delivery point interaction applications;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features;
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications;
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization;
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions;
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency;
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Android development practices and patterns.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as an Android Developer with at least 4 years of professional experience;
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin programming language;
• Experience with SQL and relational database management;
• Experience with MVVM architecture pattern implementation;
• Hands-on experience with Koin dependency injection;
• Solid understanding of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes;
• Experience with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services;
• Familiarity with offline storage, threading, and performance optimization techniques;
• Experience with version control systems (Git preferred);
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have Expertise:

• Experience with Firebase services (Analytics, Crashlytics, etc.);
• Previous work on courier or logistics applications;
• Experience with .NET/C# ecosystem.
