We are seeking an exceptional candidate for the role of Travel Sales Agent who possesses natural sales skills and a deep understanding of closing deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage clients' travel reservations from initial inquiry to finalization
• Deliver exceptional customer service, striving to exceed expectations
• Coordinate international travel arrangements
• Maintain and expand the customer database by supporting existing contacts and cultivating new relationships

Requirements:

• English skills average or above
• GDS knowledge and experience in the travel industry is not a must (You will be able to learn all of it working with the best people in the field)
• Experience in Sales Field is an advantage
• Receiving calls from interested customers (no cold calling)
• Help customers select the best travel option
• Answer all questions in a persuasive and professional manne
