After-Hours Dispatcher

Job description:
- Monitoring and managing after-hours operations
- Assist the Drivers after hours
- Resolving urgent issues related to shipments, delays, or breakdowns
- Communicating with brokers, shippers, and receivers as needed
- Tracking loads and updating systems accordingly
- Fluent conversational English and Russian
- Open-minded and fast-learning person
- Minimum knowledge of trucking equipment
- Previous Experience is highly appreciated
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
